Energy Addict. Anyone who knows me is quite aware of my espresso habit - NO, need. I am now ashamed to admit that I have taken this whole "energy" addiction to a whole new level. If the first sign of addiction is denial, I'm sending red flags up all over the place. If, for some crazy reason, I cannot get my hands on a double-skinny-hazelnut-no foam-soy latte', I have a wingman. A shoulder to lean on. A quick fix. This stuff right here:





Ahhh....my favourite two drinks in the same picture. They taste like a carbonated mixture of pee and battery acid with a hint of lime, but the end justifies the means here. At 2.29 or more a can, at roughly 8 cans per week, I figure my little habit could be costing me around $1,000.00 per year. On the other hand, energy = good / tired = bad. And it makes me a more fun person. Tireless and fearless and alert. Until someone can give me some good reson why I should quit, I'm gonna shell out the couple a bucks it takes to make my bloodstream happy, while I get a second job to afford it. Cheers to that!
